Introduction to the Export Department of Barez Industrial Group

The Export Department of Barez Industrial Group began its international activities from the early days of the company's operations in the production and supply of products in the domestic market, dating back to the 1990s. Over the years, by gradually diversifying its range of manufactured products, the Group has established itself as a regional brand in the supply of these products to export markets.

Export Target Markets

At present, Barez Industrial Group has designed and implemented its development strategies in the markets of neighboring countries, the Eurasian region, Arab countries, Eastern Europe, and East Africa. At the beginning of each year, based on the latest regional developments, the Group identifies its target markets more specifically and takes the necessary steps to establish a presence in those markets.

Product Groups

Barez Industrial Group operates two tire manufacturing sites, located in Kerman and Kurdistan provinces, respectively, and plays a significant role in meeting the country's tire demand. By utilizing Continental Germany technology, the company has been able to include a wide range of products in its portfolio. Accordingly, the company's role in tire supply, in terms of production scale, product diversity, and quality, is significant, and its impact across the Middle East is considered highly important.

The company's manufactured product groups are as follows:

  • Radial tires: All-steel Truck & Bus Radial (TBR), Passenger Car and SUV Radial (PCR & SUV), and Light Truck Radial (LTR).
  • Bias tires: Agricultural (AG), Off-the-Road and Mining (OTR), Light Truck and Commercial (LT), Truck/Bus (TB), Industrial (IND), as well as tubes and flaps.

Customers of Barez Industrial Group

The Export Department of Barez Industrial Group enters international markets based on marketing principles. The Group develops its export strategies and policies by utilizing statistical information relevant to each market. Based on these principles, Barez's export customer segments are introduced below in order of priority:

  • Regional tire dealers
  • Small and large-scale tire distributors
  • Urban and road transportation companies
  • Automotive parts suppliers

The stages of cooperation with the Export Department of Barez Industrial Group are as follows:

Stage One – Introduction and Communication Channel

At the first stage, negotiations are held with applicants and customers. Topics such as prices and product availability are discussed and exchanged during these negotiations. Applicants are required to submit their requests by email to the Export Department at Exort@barez.org and will receive a response through the same channel.

Stage Two – Submission of Documents

At this stage, in order to initiate cooperation and receive a Proforma Invoice (Proforma), applicants are required to email the following documents to the designated email address:

  • Identification documents and proof of an active commercial entity, including its address, telephone number, and email address in the export market (destination country).
  • A copy of the business license or Business Certification of the entity intending to purchase from Barez.
  • A copy of the identification documents of the owner of the commercial entity (e.g., a passport copy).
  • Photos of the store and warehouse.

Stage Three – Export Sales Terms

Barez Industrial Group's export sales are conducted under the FCA (Free Carrier) Incoterm, subject to the following conditions:

  • The customer's minimum order is two transit truckloads or the equivalent of two 40-foot containers.
  • All customs procedures, including inspection and the preparation and issuance of the customs declaration, are handled by Barez.
  • To facilitate transportation, Barez arranges transportation to the exit border.
  • Payment terms and fund transfer procedures are coordinated with the Export Department after the Proforma Invoice has been issued and approved by the customer.
  • Following receipt of payment, the shipment is generally loaded and transported within approximately seven working days.

Stage Four – After-Sales Services

All products of Barez Industrial Group are covered by 60 months of after-sales service. Accordingly, for exports, due to the use of the products in markets outside Iran, the assessment and determination of any damage or losses incurred by the products are handled through consultation with the Export Department, followed by the provision of an appropriate solution.
